Your TV set up shouldn't take all evening
Talk to a real technician for TV mounting, smart TV setup, home theater tuning, and streaming device help — no call centres, no scripts.
What's going wrong?
Most requests fall into one of these four buckets — tell us which and we'll jump straight to it.
Where we help
From the first drill hole to the last remote pairing, one technician sees it through.
TV wall mounting
Level, secure mounting on drywall, brick, or stone — no wobble, no guesswork.
Smart TV setup
Wi-Fi connected, accounts logged in, and the remote programmed to every app.
Home theater tuning
Speakers placed and levelled so dialogue and bass actually sound right.
Streaming devices
Boxes, sticks, and consoles wired in and ready on the correct input.
Built for the room you actually have
Not just a straight TV on a wall — a setup that fits your space and how you use it.
Clean mounting, hidden cables
Power and HDMI cables routed inside the wall for a true floating look.
Sound tuned to your room
Speaker placement and levels adjusted for your furniture and wall layout, not a factory preset.
Explained in plain language
You'll know which cable does what and how to fix small hiccups yourself next time.
Try this before you chat
Four steps that solve most TV problems on their own — takes about five minutes.
Restart everything
Unplug the TV, router, and streaming box for 60 seconds, then power back on.
Check every cable
Reseat HDMI and power cables and confirm the TV is on the right input.
Test your network
Make sure other devices have internet, then restart the router if they don't.
Update the software
Install any pending system updates — old firmware causes half the odd bugs.
Frequently asked
Why won't my activation code work?
Re-enter it exactly as shown on screen — codes are case-sensitive. If it still fails, restart the TV and generate a fresh code before trying again.
My TV is on Wi-Fi but has no internet
Restart the router first. If that doesn't help, switch to a custom DNS such as 8.8.8.8 in the network settings, or check whether your provider has an outage.
Is TV setup support free?
Basic activation help is free. Paid visits cover mounting, wiring, and full home theater configuration.
